Hmmmm…I’m 55, an adult and graduate education rep, which means I spend my days convincing people to return to college — sometimes successfully, sometimes not. I started this blog as forced journaling — sometimes successfully, sometimes not.
My husband and I own and manage an online news source, The Bluffton Icon, so we do a fair amount of writing. We have two daughters (26 and 29), two significant 0thers-in-law, and a 4-year-old rescue Schnauzer named Ike.
I’m a runner (35 years plus), swimmer, seamstress, gardener, bicyclist, and — when time allows — love to spend time in the kitchen.

What a delight! You must be Fred’s wife? I have spent a haf hour reading from today, backwards – as far as I can get for now.
But, I will return – this is great fun! And I, too, journal….but must, after reading yours, be more positive, less introspective. I like this better.

As a former Blufftonite, I enjoy reading the Bluffton Icon and your musings; very picturesque. There’s always something that brings back memories.
